1 SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
1.1 WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to all EU countries. Currently ROEG is not able to ship outside of the EU.

 

1.2 WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Benelux:

Orders of more than € 100,-                               € 0,-   Free shipping

Orders below € 100,-                                         € 9,95 shipping cost

EU countries:

Order of more than € 100,-                                 € 0,-  Free shipping

Orders below € 100,-                                         € 9,95 shipping cost

 

1.3 WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

Benelux: Orders placed on Mon –Thurs before 14:00h will be delivered the next day.

EU countries: Orders placed on Mon–Thurs before 14:00h will be delivered within two days.

 

1.4 CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so that you can track the shipment of your ROEG order.

 

1.5 WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), you can return or exchange them within 30 days.

 

1.6 HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

It’s simple to return or exchange your products. All exchanges/returns start by submitting them online first. Login to your account go to the order or product you want to return and fill in the return fields. You can always send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will guide you to our exchange or return policy.

 

1.7 I'VE RETURNED MY ORDER TO ROEG. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

As soon as we receive your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. Unless you requested an exchange, we will refund the money on the account used when placing the order within 14 days of receiving your request.
